Cast Iron Technical Support Services

At Cast Iron Systems, we are committed to producing high-quality products that exceed industry standards. We understand that today, more than ever, enterprises depend on their IT systems. When problems do arise, Cast Iron's support team is there to provide quick problem resolution. Cast Iron Systems has flexible offerings, provided by our call centers in the United States and India.

  • Standard Support is available five days per week, 24 hours a day. This support level is designed for non-critical issues.
  • Enterprise Support provides support on a 24x7 basis. This support level is designed for production issues.
  • On-site Production Support is available for those customers who require on-site support when going into production.
  • On-Site Technical Account Managers (TAM) are available for our large customers.
